This video is called How To Do Stiff Dead Lift.
Its similar to exercise 03 the clean dead lift, but you lift the pole completely different using different muscles also another exercise not to take lightly you can course damage if its not done correctly so please be careful.
As always have a good weight for you not to heavy so you are struggling but not to light you have to be feeling the burn but without really pulling on your self and coursing injury.
So many people make the easy mistake of not having the tighteners on tight do be one of them, make sure there are tight before each exercise, with this exercise you want to keep your feet and back straight and legs slightly bent then bend down and pick up the weight and lift up and down slowly till you hit muscle failure and hold it for 10-15 seconds, or less for beginners.
Remember to try and wear leather cloves for protection and also a good grip you do not want to drop the weights for you feet and floor's sake get a good grip, also we recommend that you always try to have a friend or family member watching over you because it can be dangerous if you do not do it correctly.
